The 12-step, first landing
A read of this page, with the plate.

One. Acetylcholine is released. Two. Receptor sites receive it. Three. The signal goes through the transverse tubule. Four. Into the reticulum that holds sequestered calcium. Five. Calcium is released and penetrates the myofibrils. Six. Calcium ‘strikes the actin fiber,’ moving troponin from tropomyosin’s inhibition. Seven. Troponin moves aside and reveals globin. Chart 7-2 is on this page: choline plus acetate, the transmitter of step 1.
Two landings, renamed
Steps 1–5 are Chart 1-1 Course 06 already named: ionotropic at the plate, T-tubules as sarcolemma folding inward, Ca²⁺ from the sacs. Step 6’s landing is troponin C, not a strike on actin. Step 7’s globin is G-actin — the myosin-binding site on the thin filament. Not hemoglobin. Not myoglobin. Keep her numbers. Rename the two landings.
Practice
Say 1 through 7 out loud. At 6, say troponin C. At 7, say G-actin. Do not say globin unless you then correct it.
Check
On step 7, ‘globin’ is treated here as:
- G-actin — the myosin-binding site on the thin filament ✓
- Hemoglobin becoming myoglobin
- The same word as the bare zone, so the two boards collapse
Globule of actin. Not a blood globin. Myoglobin is a cousin on 7-6.
Calcium’s landing on step 6 is:
- Troponin C — tropomyosin then moves ✓
- A strike on the actin fiber, which is also called troponin
- The vesicle, with germanium
Switch on TnC. Chart 1-1 said ‘strikes actin.’ The landing is the switch.
Step 7's globin is G-actin on this hour:
- Collapsing Step 7's globin is G-actin into one invented board
- The myosin-binding site on the thin filament ✓
- A rigid medical diagnosis you must stamp
Step 7's globin is G-actin — The myosin-binding site on the thin filament
This hour teaches that:
- A tourist empty-mind contest
- Into the reticulum that holds sequestered calcium. ✓
- Skip permission and invent the next board
Into the reticulum that holds sequestered calcium.
A true line on this hour:
- A board you invent without her permission
- Calcium is released and penetrates the myofibrils. ✓
- Collapse the map into one medical stamp
Calcium is released and penetrates the myofibrils.
The 12-step, first landing — keep this:
- A bottle that finishes the feeling
- Step 7's globin is G-actin — the myosin-binding site on the thin filament. ✓
- Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
Step 7's globin is G-actin — the myosin-binding site on the thin filament.
Practice on this hour is to:
- Skip the journal and invent a diagnosis
- Say 1 through 7 out loud. ✓
- Collapsing two houses into one word
Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.
Chart 7-11 on this hour is used as:
- Living against the tide on purpose
- She called it twelve. This board ends at seven. ACh, the plate, the T-tubule, the… ✓
- Opening a chakra by squeezing it
Translator map — Chart 7-11. Not a prescription pad.
The lab on this hour is for:
- A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
- Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
- A prescription pad for the lab name
Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.
"The 12-step, first landing" here is best treated as:
- A tourist collection of special experiences
- The signal goes through the transverse tubule. ✓
- A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep
Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.
