From the bridge to the loop
A read of this page, with the plate.
Muscle movement is close to magic. Intention closes a gap. Anxiety can keep it from opening again.

Course 06 gave you the fiber and the cuff — acetylcholine, the knob, calcium on troponin C, the ratchet toward the bare zone, SITS named. Class 7’s first ten boards are that same cascade, numbered 7-1 through 7-10. This hour does not dump them as a second glossary. It has three new rooms: she called it a 12-step; the board lists thirteen lines, and step 11 is already true; the spindle that watches length; and the gamma loop that lets anxiety reset rest to chronic tension.
What this course is for
Walk Chart 1-1 with globin renamed as G-actin. Then the spindle in parallel with extrafusal fibers. Then the gamma loop that can set a shorter rest. Influence of the material still belongs on Chart 1-1. Permission first. Armor as a question, asked once. Tightness has a job; it is not a verdict on a person.
Practice
Close a fist, slowly. Name one step of Chart 1-1. Then let the fist rest. Ask whether the rest is honest, or whether something is still holding.
Check
Charts 7-1 through 7-10 in this course are:
- The same cascade as Course 06 — kept on the wall, not dumped as a second class ✓
- A new glossary you must relearn from scratch
- Proof myosin is a cell
Pattern, not a dump. The new rooms are the 12-step as speech, the spindle, and the loop.
You use Course 07 by:
- Walking the board, then the spindle, then asking whether the gamma loop is on ✓
- Inventing a neck-meridian chart Class 7 did not draw, so the hour looks complete
- Parking the loop on lung because grief is tightness
12-step, spindle, loop. No invented map. Lung is deltoid’s door, not this set-point.
From the bridge to the loop — keep this:
- A name that captures the whole sky
- Class 7's first ten boards are that same cascade, numbered 7-1 through 7-10. ✓
- A dose you write from a yield

A true line on this hour:
- A swap of clothes for the organ
- It has three new rooms: she called it a 12-step; the board lists thirteen lines, and step… ✓
- A board you invent without her permission
It has three new rooms: she called it a 12-step; the board lists thirteen lines, and step 11 is already…
Practice on this hour is to:
- A tourist empty-mind contest
- Close a fist, slowly. ✓
- A cream you prescribe from the chart
Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.
Chart 7-1 on this hour is used as:
- Living against the tide on purpose
- Same names as 6-1. Closing a gap, billions of times a day. This hour does not rebuild… ✓
- A rigid medical diagnosis you must stamp
Translator map — Chart 7-1. Not a prescription pad.
Permission on this hour means:
- Skip permission if the chart looks clear
- Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field — leave physician charts to physicians ✓
- Write the taper yourself from the yield
Permission first. Anatomy as translator, not a swap of clothes.
The lab on this hour is for:
- A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
- Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
- A prescription pad for the lab name
Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.
"From the bridge to the loop" here is best treated as:
- A tourist collection of special experiences
- Course 06 gave you the fiber and the cuff — acetylcholine, the knob, calcium on… ✓
- A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep
Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.
A common mistake this hour corrects:
- Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
- This hour does not dump them as a second glossary. ✓
- Proof of supernatural status
This hour does not dump them as a second glossary.
