Tools or traps

A read of this page, with the plate.

Picture-lock · 0.9×
Feelings, expressed, are tools. Not expressed, the same currents are traps.

Chart 1-4 is the polarity map. Open, positive, expressed — a feeling is a tool the life can use. Stuck, negative, not expressed — the same current becomes a trap. This chart is three: fear, anger, grief. Love and sympathy-care wait for muscle testing — the five. You do not get new emotions by becoming spiritual. You get these currents, moving or jammed.

Fear, to protect from danger

Its meridians in this map: kidney, bladder, triple warmer, pericardium. As a tool, fear is correctly sized — alert, able to move. As a trap it generalizes: scared of everything, of punishment, of humiliation. The threat has already passed, or was never this one. Bladder, from week one, is the daytime address of that feeling.

Anger and grief

Anger exists to make changes. As a tool it is a clean boundary. As a trap it explodes at the wrong time, at the wrong target, acts out, stays stuck, and holds to blame and punish. Week one places that load on the liver. Grief exists to release sadness. As a tool, tears complete. As a trap it recruits pity and support for victim and martyr feelings. The sadness becomes a role instead of a motion.

Practice

Choose fear, anger, or grief below. Name whether it is open or stuck in you today. Do not improve the answer. Journal the job of that feeling — protect, change, or release — in one line.

Check

In Chart 1-4, a feeling becomes a trap when it is:

  1. Too spiritual to be useful
  2. Stuck — not expressed — and starts running the day ✓
  3. Named out loud

The same current, unexpressed, is the trap. Expression is the tool.

The job of anger, when it is a tool, is:

  1. To punish the correct person more thoroughly
  2. To make changes — a boundary that completes ✓
  3. To prove you are beyond emotion

Anger exists to make changes.

Fear, as a tool, is:

  1. Scared of everything
  2. Correctly sized — alert, able to move ✓
  3. A dose of courage

As a trap it generalizes.

Fear’s meridians in this map include:

  1. Only liver
  2. Kidney, bladder, triple warmer, pericardium ✓
  3. Stomach only

Bladder is the daytime address of that feeling.

Grief as a tool:

  1. Recruits pity
  2. Tears complete — sadness as motion, not a role ✓
  3. Proves you are a martyr

As a trap it recruits pity and support for victim feelings.

You do not get new emotions by becoming spiritual. You get:

  1. Chart 1-4’s three — fear, anger, grief — moving or jammed. Love and care wait for the five ✓
  2. Only love
  3. A dose of light

Three on this polarity chart. Five when you muscle-test.

Week one places anger’s load on:

  1. Lung
  2. Liver ✓
  3. Spleen

Fairness. A clean boundary, or explode at the wrong target.

Name whether it is open or stuck, and:

  1. Improve the answer
  2. Do not improve the answer. Journal the job — protect, change, or release ✓
  3. Prescribe the feeling

The job tells you whether it is moving or jammed.

Stuck anger holds to:

  1. A completed boundary
  2. Blame and punish ✓
  3. A dose you write

Wrong time, wrong target, acts out, stays stuck.

If the body yields when you name the job, you:

  1. Force expression so the hour looks complete
  2. Stop. Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field. You do not write a dose from this practice ✓
  3. Trace all four fear meridians on a neighbor

If the body says no, you stop.
