Muscle testing
A read of this page, with the plate.
The body already answers. Muscle testing is how we hear yes and no without arguing.
Applied kinesiology, in this academy, is a body dialog: a way to notice whether the system stays organized (strong) or yields (weak) while a statement, image, or feeling is held. Chart 1-1 already told you why this works: a feeling that has coalesced is now load in the tissue. The muscle is not judging truth in the courtroom sense. It is reporting whether the field can stand in that thought.
How the dialog works
A tester applies light, even pressure — usually to an extended arm, or, when you work on yourself, two fingers of one hand pressed against the other. You ask a clear yes/no question, or hold a clear target, then press. Strong is a yes: the circuit holds. Weak is a no: the circuit leaks. First you calibrate. Think your real name; the arm should stay. Think a name that is not yours; it should give. If calibration fails, stop. Hungry, tired, performing, or trying to impress the answer will scramble the signal.
Stuck emotion, actual target
Emotions have two sides — Chart 1-4 already named them. The positive is the feeling expressed and moving — fear that becomes alertness, anger that becomes a clean boundary, grief that is wept, love that contacts, sympathy that cares without drowning. The negative is the same current trapped: looping, reactive, making the present event worse than it is. A previous event often sits underneath, which is Chart 1-3's age or split. Muscle testing is how you locate the actual target instead of treating the feeling on the surface. Ask: is this about now, or about then? Keep going until the body stays with one scene.
The five we start with
Fear. Anger. Grief. Love. Sympathy — care. When an emotion is stuck, the next move is not to analyze it for an hour. Name it, find the actual target, then clear the meridian that carries that feeling. You will use the Living Clock for the tide; for now it is enough to know that a trapped feeling has a body address. If the yes/no starts flipping — maybe, then no, then yes — stop. That can be a split, not a failed test. Next you will learn to find the presenting age when the stated years will not hold, and then which of the five is on. Do not muscle-test another adult until the ethics lesson.

Practice
Use the body dialog below. Calibrate first. Then hold one reactive emotion from the list and ask whether this moment is the actual target, or whether an earlier event is louder. Journal one sentence about what stayed strong.
Check
Here, a strong muscle during a test is read as:
- Proof of a medical diagnosis
- The field staying organized — a working yes ✓
- Evidence that you have special powers
Strong and weak are a body dialog about load, not a courtroom or a physician.
When a present event feels larger than it should, the first kinesiology question is:
- How do I make the feeling more intense?
- Is this the actual target, or is an earlier event underneath? ✓
- Which chakra color should I visualize?
A previous event often makes the current one worse.
If calibration (true name strong, false name weak) fails, you should:
- Push harder until you get the answer you wanted
- Stop. Rest, eat, or wait — the dialog is not readable yet ✓
- Test someone else instead
No calibration, no session.
The muscle is not judging truth in the courtroom sense. It is reporting:
- Whether the field can stand in that thought ✓
- A diagnosis
- A dose you write
A feeling that has coalesced is now load in the tissue.
The five we start with:
- Fear, anger, grief, love, sympathy-care ✓
- Only fear
- Whatever the tester feels
When stuck, name it, find the actual target, then the meridian.
If the yes/no starts flipping — maybe, then no, then yes — you:
- Push until it cleans
- Stop. That can be a split, not a failed test ✓
- Test a child instead
Next you learn presenting age. Do not muscle-test another adult until ethics.
Light, even pressure means:
- Until it hurts
- An extended arm, or two fingers of one hand against the other — not a contest ✓
- A dose of force
You ask a clear yes/no, then press.
Hungry, tired, performing, or trying to impress the answer:
- Improves the signal
- Scrambles the signal ✓
- Is required
Calibrate first.
Do not muscle-test another adult until:
- You feel ready
- The ethics lesson — consent, and you can stop ✓
- You have dosemed the arm
Practice on yourself.
A strong yes is not:
- A working organization of the field
- A medical diagnosis, a special power, or a dose you write ✓
- Useful
