Consent and the field

A read of this page, with the plate.

Because a field is shared, bioenergy work has ethics from the first day — not as a later professional add-on. You do not enter another person's atmosphere as a project. You do not 'send' what was not asked for. You do not use sensitivity as a way to collect other people's stories.

The working rule

Practice on yourself. Practice on a plant, a room, or an animal in your care with gentleness. Practice with another adult only with clear, revocable consent, and only after you can stop. Chart 1-3 already made permission a step, not a mood. You do not chase someone else's split, and you do not cut their cords as a display of power. Stopping is a skill. Many beginners can start a session; few can leave a field clean.

What 'clean' means

You return to your own breath. You do not carry the other person's mood as proof that the work was real. You wash your hands, drink water, and look at something ordinary. Drama is not evidence of power.

What is not this hour

A child. A first episode. A plan. Those belong with a physician. You stop. The law and the classroom say the same thing. This hour is consent and the ability to leave a field clean — not a sit with a child, not a first break, not a plan you dose.

Practice

After any period of close attention to someone else today, take ten ordinary breaths and name three objects in the room. That is how you come home.

Gentleness. Another adult: clear, revocable consent, after you can stop.

  1. A way to collect other people's stories ✓
  2. A sit in your own field
  3. A reason to stop

Stories are not trophies.
