The mid-back sequence

A read of this page, with the plate.

Picture-lock · 0.9×
Name. Permission. Alone in the field. Age. Then the muscle — and only then the meridian.

Course 01 closes in the body, not the notebook. Class 1 put students in groups and ran one sequence: four opening questions, then the mid-back. Every later session still starts here. You already have the pieces — muscle testing, presenting age, the five emotions, week-one channels, cords, the slow trace. This is the order they belong in.

The opening four

  1. 1. Is this the name?
  2. 2. Is it all right if we talk with you?
  3. 3. Are you all alone in your auric field?
  4. 4. Are you the age you stated?

These are not small talk. A yield on permission is a stop. A yield on 'alone' is a cord or a split — you do not run a meridian through occupied space. A yield on age is presenting age, not a lie. Calibrate the name first, the same way you did in the body-dialog lesson.

The sequence

Class 1 Lab — break into groups to do the initial sequence / mid-back.

Opening questions

  1. 1. Is this client's name?
  2. 2. Is it all right if we talk with you?
  3. 3. Are you all alone in your auric field?
  4. 4. Are you client's age years old?

Questions for Balancing Muscles

  1. 1. Is it O.K. to ask questions about your mid-back muscles?
  2. 2. Is the energy field of your (muscle) optimal (just the way you like it)?
  3. 3. Is it too tight? Too loose?
  4. 4. Is one side tighter than the other?
  5. 5. Is this side tighter? (ask each side)
  6. 6. Is the meridian associated with this muscle out of balance?
  7. 7. Is it the ______ meridian?
  8. 8. Is this about (emotion)?
  9. 9. Do you know when this started? Before 20, 10, 5 — determine age
  10. 10. What happened when you were (age) years old? (this to the client, not the body)
  11. 11. Listen to the client's story
  12. 12. Body, is that the issue?
  13. 13. Is that stuck in the ______ meridian?
  14. 14. Is that the best one to start with?
  15. 15. Are there any cords in / out?
  16. 16. Is it O.K. to run the _______ meridian now? Trace meridian slowly

(There is no step 17 in the Class 1 PDF.)

  1. 18. Is the _______ meridian balanced now?
  2. 19. Does that feel better?
  3. 20. Is there another meridian that needs balancing in conjunction with the (muscle)?
  4. 21. Now is this muscle going to be balanced?

How you use the lab

On yourself. Strong holds; yield gives. If a step says stop, you stop. Question 10 is speech; question 11 is listening — there is no muscle test for a story. There is no step 17; after permission to run, you trace, then ask whether the meridian is balanced. Occupancy still holds after the last yes: if the field was not one person, you asked that first.

Practice

Walk the lab on your own mid-back. Journal one sentence: what the body said first, and whether you stopped anywhere.

Check

The four opening questions of a Class 1 session are:

  1. Favorite color, rising sign, crystals, and a mantra
  2. Name, permission to talk, alone in the auric field, and stated age ✓
  3. Which chakra is prettiest, then the whole Living Clock

Name, talk, alone, age.

“What happened when you were that age?” is asked of:

  1. The body, by muscle test, so you do not have to listen
  2. The person — then you listen. The body confirms afterward ✓
  3. A medical chart from childhood

Question 10 is speech; question 11 is listening.

If the mid-back field tests already optimal, you should:

  1. Trace all twelve meridians anyway, to be thorough
  2. Stop inventing work. The session can close ✓
  3. Press harder until you find a problem

Optimal means the way it likes it.

There is no step 17 in the Class 1 PDF; after permission to run, you:

  1. Trace, then ask whether the meridian is balanced (18) ✓
  2. Invent a missing step so the list looks complete
  3. Prescribe the mid-back

PDF skips 17. Do not invent it.

Mid-back is the Class 1 target because:

  1. It is random
  2. Spleen (mid-trapezius), liver (rhomboids), and bladder (paraspinals) all speak there ✓
  3. It is the only muscle

Ask permission for that region.

The Class 1 lab opens with:

  1. A favorite color, a mantra, and a crystal grid
  2. Name, permission to talk, alone in the auric field, and stated age — then the class asks ✓
  3. A milligram list you write before the first yes

Every later ask belongs on that permission. Occupancy before the trace.

A yield on permission is:

  1. A suggestion to press harder
  2. A stop ✓
  3. A dose you write

You do not run a meridian through a no.

“Are you all alone in your auric field?” — a yield means:

  1. Talk louder so the field can hear
  2. There is company — a cord or a split — and you do not invent chemistry yet ✓
  3. The person has failed the course

Company in the field is not a channel problem. Check cords and splits first.

Show / hold a name in this lab means:

  1. Write a milligram and a brand
  2. Hold the name as a question — literacy, not a dose you invent ✓
  3. Skip permission because the PDF listed an ingredient

Kapel's list is asked. This academy does not invent dosing language.

If a step says stop, you:

  1. Skip it so the lab looks complete
  2. Stop. The field still holds after the last yes ✓
  3. Press harder until you find a problem

On yourself first. Strong holds; yield gives.
