Must eat
A read of this page, with the plate.

Nine you must eat. Seven the body can make when the door is open. Four it already makes. Tonight four of the nine sit as cascades — tryptophan, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine. Glutamine and glycine sit as letters the body makes. The later furniture course still waits. This hour is literacy so a student can stand in essential versus made.
Practice
Point must-eat, can-make, already-made. Do not scoop lysine because it is on the red list.
Check
Must eat means:
- The body can make them
- Nine essential letters — you eat them ✓
- Already made
That's the work.
Conditional letters:
- Must be eaten
- The body can make them when the cascade is open ✓
- Are doses
That's the work.
Already-made / non-essential:
- The nine
- Alanine, aspartate, cysteine, glutamate — still letters, still not doses ✓
- Tryptophan
That's the work.
The nine on this hour:
- Are doseed
- Furniture — you do not prescribe a table ✓
- Are serotonin
That's the work.
Asks from the serotonin/depression block:
- Stay as six of ten
- Cut — none names a conditional letter or the nine ✓
- Are tyrosine
That's the work.
Tyrosine as furniture:
- Must eat
- Conditional — the body can make it when the cascade is open ✓
- OA
That's the work.
Cysteine on this board:
- Must eat
- The door to taurine — already-made ✓
- A dose you write
That's the work.
Glutamate on this board:
- A diet
- Fire — already-made ✓
- Essential
That's the work.
Tryptophan sits tonight as:
- Furniture only
- A cascade — the rest stay furniture ✓
- OA
That's the work.
You do not write a dose from this practice because:
- The nine are furniture ✓
- A blood titer is a doctor's number
- Course 16 said so
That's the work.
