Class 7 Lab · 11 min
The Class 7 sequence
A read of this page, with the plate.
Name. Permission. Alone. Age. Cords. Then Chart 1-1 — ACh as influence, the thirteen, globin as G-actin. Then the spindle. Then whether the loop is on. Armor asked once.

Course 07 closes in the body, not the notebook. Class 7 put the asks in order for twelve-step contraction, Golgi, spindle. Every later session still starts with name, permission, alone in the auric field, and stated age. Strong holds; yield gives. Show means hold the name — literacy, not a dose you invent.
The opening
Is this the name? Is it all right if we talk with you? Are you all alone in your auric field? Are you the age you stated? These are not small talk. A yield on permission is a stop. A yield on alone is a cord or a split — you do not run a meridian through occupied space. A yield on age is presenting age, not a lie.
The sequence
Class 7 Lab: Muscle Movement and Tension
Initial Questions
- 1. Is this client's name? Is it all right if we talk with you?
- 2. Are you all alone in your auric field? Are you (client's age) years old?
Questions for Muscle Movement
If a client has a problem with prolonged exercise (or muscle inhibition) Twelve Step Program for Moving a Muscle (charts 7-11 and 7-12)
- 1. Is the Acetylcholine released in the synaptic knob and does it jump across the synaptic gap to the motor end plate?
- 2. Is the Acetylcholine received in the post synaptic membrane (end plate)?
- 3. Does the signal go through the transverse tubule?
- 4. Does the signal go through the sarcolemma into the sarcoplasmic reticulum that hold sequestered calcium in the lateral sacs?
- 5. Does the signal release the calcium which penetrates into the myofibrils (muscle bundles)?
- 6. Does the calcium call up troponin which moves away the inhibiting tropomyosin from the receptor sites on the actin fifiber?
- 7. Do the receptor sites on the actin fifiber reveal globin?
- 8. Does the myosin filament lift its head (releasing ATP) and is it attracted to the globin on the actin fifiber?
- 9. Do they join together forming a cross bridge?
- 10. Does the myosin head pull the actin fifiber into the bare zone?
- 11. Because the actin fifibers are anchored to the Z-lines (in the I-band), as the actin moves into the bare zone, are the Z-lines pulled closer to the A-band?
- 12. Do the spaces between the A-bands narrow, so the muscle contracts?
Additional questions
- 13. Do you have as much Acetylcholine as you would like for muscle movement? a. (If no) Do you have the ingredients you need to make acetylcholine? b. (If no) Do you have the acetyl radical in the synaptic knob? c. (If no) Do you have choline molecules in the synaptic knob?
- 14. Do you have enough Choline Acetyl Transferase? (to put the Acetylcholine back together)
- 15. Is there a toxin in the synaptic knob that inhibits the acetylcholine from moving across the synaptic gap? (left-over anesthetics)
- 16. Do you have enough calcium to promote muscle movement?
- 17. Do you have enough Rubidium, Molybdenum, Leucine, and Niacin to be able to release the calcium?
- 18. Is there any emotional armor around any bones or parts of your body that would inhibit its movement?
Golgi Tendon Organs
- 1. Are the Golgi tendon organs able to balance between the action and inhibition in both primary and synergistic muscles?
- 2. Are the Golgi tendon organs regulating the smoothness of muscle movement?
- 3. Are the Golgi tendon organs able to guard the muscles from excessive stretching?
- 4. Are the Golgi tendon organs able to help the muscles relax completely when appropriate?
Spindle Cells
- 1. Are the spindle cells regulating posture and balance correctly?
- 2. Are the spindle cells allowing the muscles to stretch and contract appropriately?
- 3. Is there a meridian that is stimulating the gamma efferent nerve and causing the spindle cells to tighten the muscle?
- 4. (If yes) Would you like to balance that meridian to help the muscle function more comfortably?
How you use the lab
On yourself first, or a consenting adult. Strong holds; yield gives. If a step says stop, you stop. Walk Kapel's numbered asks in order — do not invent missing steps. When the PDF shows a sample or ingredient, hold the name and ask; this academy does not invent milligram or dosing language. Ethics still holds after the last yes.
Practice
Walk the Class 7 lab on yourself. Journal one sentence: what the body said first, and whether you stopped anywhere.
Check
This Class 7 lab is about:
- Walking Kapel's numbered asks on twelve-step contraction, Golgi, spindle — permission first ✓
- Inventing a new clinical protocol
- Skipping the opening four because the PDF is long
Use the PDF sequence. Topic: twelve-step contraction, Golgi, spindle.
Talk / permission in this lab is:
- How the hour is asked — not a sixth decorative step ✓
- Optional if you already know the anatomy
- A dose
Is it all right if we talk with you?
Presenting age on this hour:
- Is asked; a yield is not a lie — the field may not be in the present tense ✓
- Is ignored after Class 1
- Is a milligram of years
Are you the age you stated?
When the PDF lists ingredients or samples for twelve-step contraction, Golgi, spindle, you:
- Show / hold the name and ask — literacy, not a student prescription ✓
- Write a brand and a milligram from memory
- Skip occupancy
Kapel's list stays a list of questions.
After the last clean yes:
- Ethics still holds — you do not invent more work so the hour feels complete ✓
- You must finish every number on the page
- You prescribe what was shown
Stop inventing work.
The Class 7 lab opens with:
- A favorite color, a mantra, and a crystal grid
- Name, permission to talk, alone in the auric field, and stated age — then the class asks ✓
- A milligram list you write before the first yes
Every later ask belongs on that permission. Occupancy before the trace.
A yield on permission is:
- A suggestion to press harder
- A stop ✓
- A dose you write
You do not run a meridian through a no.
“Are you all alone in your auric field?” — a yield means:
- Talk louder so the field can hear
- There is company — a cord or a split — and you do not invent chemistry yet ✓
- The person has failed the course
Company in the field is not a channel problem. Check cords and splits first.
Show / hold a name in this lab means:
- Write a milligram and a brand
- Hold the name as a question — literacy, not a dose you invent ✓
- Skip permission because the PDF listed an ingredient
Kapel's list is asked. This academy does not invent dosing language.
If a step says stop, you:
- Skip it so the lab looks complete
- Stop. The field still holds after the last yes ✓
- Press harder until you find a problem
On yourself first. Strong holds; yield gives.
