Banner: belly wall and quadratus — rectus, oblique, the square
Banner. The wall and the square. Small intestine on the wall. Large intestine on QL. Tendinous intersections stripe rectus — they are not origins. QL does not insert on the sacrum.Illustration · site art, not a Kapel Draw.

Quadratus lumborum from iliac crest to the twelfth rib
The square. It does not insert on the sacrum. Large intestine as address. You name hike. You name the door.Illustration · site art, not a Kapel Draw.
Handwritten chart 2-11: muscles for the low back — psoas kidney, rectus and external obliques small intestine, quadratus lumborum large intestine
Chart 2-11. Iliacus is on the typed pages with psoas. Same kidney door.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.

Rectus abdominis from pubic crest and symphysis to the xiphoid and the fifth-to-seventh cartilages. The three tendinous intersections stripe it; they are not origins. Flexion of the trunk, compression of contents. External oblique from the lower eight ribs into the aponeurosis, linea alba, iliac crest — flexion, compression, rotation to the opposite side. Both doors, in this room, sit on small intestine: sorting, what is mine.

Quadratus lumborum

From the posterior iliac crest, deeper than the erectors, to the twelfth rib and the lumbar transverse processes. It does not insert on the sacrum. It hikes the hip, side-bends the trunk, steadies the twelfth rib on the inhale. Kapel parks it on large intestine, with grief. Metal, letting go — Course 01 already had that feeling. Hamstrings and tensor fasciae latae may share a pattern later. You name hike. You name the door.

Practice

Seated, hike one hip an inch without leaning the ribs. That is QL country. Then turn the trunk a few degrees. Oblique. Name large intestine, then small intestine.

Check

Rectus abdominis inserts on:

  1. The xiphoid and costal cartilages of ribs 5–7 ✓
  2. Fascia in three mysterious places — the tendinous intersections as origins
  3. The lesser trochanter, with psoas

The tendinous intersections stripe the muscle. They are not the insertion. Lesser trochanter is iliopsoas.

You use quadratus in this hour by:

  1. Naming large intestine as the address — grief, letting go — with the square as translator ✓
  2. Parking it on kidney with psoas, because both say loin
  3. Parking it on bladder with the erectors, because both sit on the back of the trunk

LI is the door. Kidney is iliopsoas. Bladder is the column.

Tendinous intersections stripe rectus on this hour:

  1. Treating every hour as interchangeable production
  2. They are not origins ✓
  3. A name that captures the whole sky

Tendinous intersections stripe rectus — They are not origins

A true line on this hour:

  1. Proof of supernatural status
  2. The three tendinous intersections stripe it; they are not origins. ✓
  3. A board you invent without her permission

The three tendinous intersections stripe it; they are not origins.

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. A replacement for the physician
  2. Seated, hike one hip an inch without leaning the ribs. ✓
  3. Skip the journal and invent a diagnosis

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Chart 2-11 on this hour is used as:

  1. A cream dose from the caption
  2. Iliacus is on the typed pages with psoas. Same kidney door. ✓
  3. Collapsing two houses into one word

Translator map — Chart 2-11. Not a prescription pad.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"Belly wall and quadratus" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. Rectus abdominis from pubic crest and symphysis to the xiphoid and the fifth-to-seventh… ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.

A common mistake this hour corrects:

  1. Thyroxine from the medulla
  2. It does not insert on the sacrum. ✓
  3. Living against the tide on purpose

It does not insert on the sacrum.

You use this lesson by:

  1. Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
  2. Flexion of the trunk, compression of contents. ✓
  3. A reason to skip permission

Flexion of the trunk, compression of contents.
