Fibroblast and Chart 1-1

A read of this page, with the plate.

The fibroblast cascade: proline lysine glycine vitamin C, hydroxylation, tropocollagen, cross-links
Now: hydroxylating. Later: crosslinking. Ascorbate as cofactor. Chart 1-1 is literacy. It is not a kitchen recipe.Illustration · site art, not a Kapel Draw.
Chart 2-4: fibroblast with proline, lysine, glycine, vitamin C; procollagen hydroxylase; tropocollagen; cross-linking to collagen; chondroblast into chondrin matrix
Chart 2-4. Hydroxylation now. Cross-linking later. Chondroblast below, into matrix.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.

The fibroblast is a factory. Proline, lysine, glycine, and vitamin C go in. The enzyme procollagen hydroxylase — two enzymes, in a lab: prolyl and lysyl hydroxylase — adds OH to proline and lysine. That is hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine. The chain leaves the cell as procollagen, is trimmed toward tropocollagen, and later cross-links into collagen you can load. A chondroblast does the cousin job into cartilage and a chondrin matrix.

The cofactors

Hydroxylation needs iron, oxygen, α-ketoglutarate, and ascorbate. Without vitamin C the helix is under-built — scurvy is the old name. Cross-linking uses lysyl oxidase and wants copper. ‘Now: hydroxylating. Later: crosslinking’ on her board is the right order.

Practice

In the lab open Chart 1-1. Recite: in the cell, OH, tropocollagen, then cross-links. Name ascorbate as the cofactor.

Check

Vitamin C’s job on Chart 1-1 is:

  1. A cofactor so proline and lysine can be hydroxylated in collagen ✓
  2. A spleen translator, with mid-trapezius
  3. A large-intestine feeling, because letting go needs a vitamin

Ascorbate and the hydroxylases. Scurvy is the failure mode. Spleen is a channel. LI is QL’s door.

You use Chart 1-1 by:

  1. Naming the order — in the cell, OH, tropocollagen, then cross-links — and asking which step the field is on ✓
  2. Parking lysyl oxidase on kidney with psoas, because both are deep
  3. Treating chondroblast as the same cell as fibroblast, so the board has one factory

Order of biochemistry. Kidney is iliopsoas. Chondroblast is the cousin into matrix.

C the helix is under-built on this hour:

  1. A tourist empty-mind contest
  2. Scurvy is the old name ✓
  3. C the helix is under-built as a bottle you write

C the helix is under-built — Scurvy is the old name

Cross-linking on this board uses:

  1. Opening a chakra by squeezing it
  2. Lysyl oxidase and wants copper ✓
  3. A dose you write from a yield

Cross-linking — Lysyl oxidase and wants copper

This hour teaches that:

  1. Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
  2. That is hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine. ✓
  3. Skip permission and invent the next board

That is hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine.

Fibroblast and Chart 1-1 — keep this:

  1. Write a dose so the feeling looks finished
  2. The chain leaves the cell as procollagen, is trimmed toward tropocollagen, and later… ✓
  3. A swap of clothes for the organ

The chain leaves the cell as procollagen, is trimmed toward tropocollagen, and later cross-links into…

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. Thyroxine from the medulla
  2. In the lab open Chart 1-1. ✓
  3. A name that captures the whole sky

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Chart 2-4 on this hour is used as:

  1. Treating every hour as interchangeable production
  2. Hydroxylation now. Cross-linking later. Chondroblast below, into matrix. ✓
  3. A cream you prescribe from the chart

Translator map — Chart 2-4. Not a prescription pad.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"Fibroblast and Chart 1-1" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. Proline, lysine, glycine, and vitamin C go in. ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.
