Banner: four mid-back muscles — erector columns, rhomboids, mid and lower trapezius, latissimus
Banner. Four muscles, one wall. Deep: iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis. On the blade: rhomboids. Over them: mid and lower trapezius. The wide sheet: latissimus. This hour names the column. Bladder as address. Upper trapezius is not this class.Illustration · site art, not a Kapel Draw.

Sacrospinalis is Latin for the run from sacrum to spine. The modern name is erector spinae: iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis. Origin: sacrum, iliac crest, lumbar and thoracic spinous processes. Insertion: ribs, thoracic and cervical transverse processes, the skull. Bilaterally they extend the spine. Unilaterally they side-bend it. Nerve supply is the dorsal rami — the slide had that right, and we keep it.

Bladder as address

Kapel parks this column on the bladder meridian, with the feeling of fear of death and of risk. The bladder channel in the classical chart does run paravertebral. That rhyme is why the map is teachable. Courage, prosperity, ‘I have what I need’ — and terror, scarcity, paralysis of fear. Feelings have jobs. You name extend. You name the door.

Class 1 echo

The paraspinals were already the bladder door in the mid-back sequence. This lesson is that door, named with origin and nerve, so a student can respect how deep the column sits before they ask it a yes or no.

Practice

Stand. Feel the two columns beside the spine without pushing. Name origin, insertion, action. Name bladder as address.

Check

Erector spinae, acting on one side, primarily:

  1. Laterally flexes the spine ✓
  2. Flexes the hip, with psoas
  3. Retracts the scapula, with the rhomboids

Unilateral action is side-bending. Bilateral is extension. The hip flexor is iliopsoas. The blade is rhomboid.

You use this fiber by:

  1. Naming bladder as the address — courage against scarcity — and asking which column is on ✓
  2. Parking it on kidney with psoas, because both sit on the lumbar spine
  3. Parking it on liver with the rhomboids, because both are mid-back

Bladder is the door. Kidney is iliopsoas. Liver is the blade.

Nerve supply is the dorsal rami on this hour:

  1. A replacement for the physician
  2. The slide had that right, and we keep it ✓
  3. Proof of supernatural status

Nerve supply is the dorsal rami — The slide had that right, and we keep it

I have what I need' on this hour:

  1. Treating every hour as interchangeable production
  2. And terror, scarcity, paralysis of fear ✓
  3. I have what I need' as a bottle you write

I have what I need' — And terror, scarcity, paralysis of fear

The modern name on this board:

  1. A cream you prescribe from the chart
  2. Erector spinae: iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis ✓
  3. A tourist empty-mind contest

The modern name — Erector spinae: iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis

A true line on this hour:

  1. A reason to skip permission
  2. The modern name is erector spinae: iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis. ✓
  3. Collapsing two houses into one word

The modern name is erector spinae: iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis.

This hour teaches that:

  1. A rigid medical diagnosis you must stamp
  2. This lesson is that door, named with origin and nerve, so a student can respect how deep… ✓
  3. Collapse the map into one medical stamp

This lesson is that door, named with origin and nerve, so a student can respect how deep the column sits…

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. A board you invent without her permission
  2. Feel the two columns beside the spine without pushing. ✓
  3. Skip the journal and invent a diagnosis

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"Erector spinae and bladder" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. Sacrospinalis is Latin for the run from sacrum to spine. ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.
