Intention engages the body's natural process — toward balance, or toward a problem.
Chart 1-1 — the same descent toward healing or toward imbalance
Chart 1-1. Fork. Intention leans the cascade toward balance, or toward a problem. Meridians are the last step.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.

Once feeling, belief, and intention have entered time, they do not arrive as a single fate. They engage the body's self-regulatory abilities. The same descent can generate healing and balance, or it can reflect a problem as imbalance. Intention is the switch. Not a magic word — the direction the field is already leaning.

Self-regulation first

A living system wants to organize. Sleep, food, breath, tears, a boundary spoken once — these are not lesser than energy work. They are energy work at the densest layer. When intention is clean, the counsel is to do less: stop interfering with a process that is already intelligent.

When the problem is the message

Imbalance is not failure of the model. It is the model reporting. A stuck feeling has coalesced; a belief is still running; the present event is larger because an earlier one is underneath. That is the door into the meridians — the channels that step the feeling down into tissue. Locate the actual target. Then you can clear what the field has permitted.

Permission is a step

Permitted means the inner yes — Chart 1-3 will write it as a numbered step. On this fork you already stop if the body says no. You do not clear a current the field has not given. How you ask, and what stops the hour, is the next chart. Here: if the body yields, you stop.

Practice

Hold one current intention. Ask which fork it is feeding — balance or problem — without arguing for the nicer answer. Journal the honest one.

Check

Intention, in Chart 1-1, is the thing that:

  1. Only matters if you can see auras
  2. Engages the body's natural process toward healing or toward imbalance ✓
  3. Replaces breath as the handle on the field

The fork is the point of the chart: same descent, two outcomes, intention as the lean.

When the field reflects a problem, the next move is to:

  1. Ignore the body and visualize gold light on the crown
  2. Treat imbalance as information and locate the actual target on Chart 1-1 ✓
  3. Start on the liver meridian because anger is always the fork

A problem is a report.

Self-regulation first means:

  1. Sleep, food, breath, tears, a boundary spoken once — energy work at the densest layer ✓
  2. Skipping the body
  3. A dose you write

When intention is clean, do less.

Imbalance is not:

  1. Failure of the model — it is the model reporting ✓
  2. Information
  3. A door into the meridians

A stuck feeling has coalesced.

The switch is:

  1. A magic word
  2. The direction the field is already leaning ✓
  3. A color

Not a slogan. The lean.

A stuck feeling, a belief still running, a present event larger because an earlier one is underneath:

  1. The door into the meridians ✓
  2. A reason to dose
  3. Proof the model failed

Locate the actual target. Then you can clear what the field has permitted.

You journal the honest fork because:

  1. The nicer answer is the sit
  2. Arguing for the nicer answer is performance ✓
  3. A dose you write

Hold one current intention. Ask which fork.

Stopping interference is:

  1. Laziness
  2. Counsel when intention is clean — the process is already intelligent ✓
  3. A dose you write

Do less.

If the body says no at the fork, you:

  1. Push until it yields a nicer fork
  2. Stop. That is the hour working ✓
  3. Prescribe the lean

If the body says no, you stop.

Chart 1-1 still orders the meridians because:

  1. Meridians replace Chart 1-1
  2. The channels step the feeling down into tissue after the fork has spoken ✓
  3. You prescribe a line first

Cascade, then plumbing.
