The meridians

A read of this page, with the plate.

Meridians step down our vibrational information — feelings, beliefs, intentions — and that information is reflected by the body's tissues.
Twelve main meridians of the body, front and back, as energy pathways
Main plate. The twelve primary doors. Front and back. Pericardium on this drawing is circulation–sex — one door, not three. Governing and central sit on the fourteen-line plate. Qi as influence on a map — not a diagnosis of an organ. You trace.Illustration · site art, not a Kapel Draw.

If Chart 1-1 is the descent from field into form, Chart 1-2 is the plumbing. Meridians are channels of bio-field energy: a network of vibrational information that services every tissue and guides the function of the physical being. They are not metaphors for mood. They are the step-down. What was too fine to touch becomes slow enough to live in an organ, a muscle, a day. Count: twelve primary doors (pericardium in this room is also called circulation–sex — one line), plus governing and central on the midline. Fourteen on the Gronet plates. Not twelve plus extras. Not circulation, sex, and pericardium as three.

The whole map at a glance

Two plates sit under this hour so you can see the network, not only the three of week one. Fourteen lines: the twelve primary, then governing and central. Circulation–sex is pericardium — the cover around the heart — already inside the twelve. Each line carries a job-word, a plus, and a minus. Bladder as courage is the open job on that door. Terror on the same door is the stuck feeling of the same job. Stomach as self-honor, liver as fairness, lung as connection, triple warmer as discernment — feeling you can name.

All organs are serviced

Nothing in the body is off the map. The working claim is this: emotional blockage is load on a channel, and load has an address. You will meet the full twelve on the Living Clock. Week one starts with three — spleen, liver, bladder — because they carry the first feeling of this class: self-worth, anger, fear. The other map is vertical: seven vortices on the central vessel. That is next.

When a channel is open

The second plate writes the open pole as a sentence. ‘I am on purpose as I align with source energy’ is governing-central feeling, not a wallpaper over fear. ‘As I nurture myself I feel content’ is stomach. ‘I am courageous, spontaneous and free’ is bladder. You read the job. If the body permits, you trace. If the sentence will not sit, that is information — the field has named the pole it is standing in.

How a channel is cleared

Lightly. You trace the pathway on the body downward, then back upward, to re-establish ordinary flow. Down, then up. Slow contact, not pressure, not performance. Run meridians on yourself first. A neighbor is a later permission, after you can stop. Drink water when you finish. The intervention is the tracing, not a story about power.

Practice

Sit with the three plates. Name one channel that is loud today. Read its minus, then its plus, then the open sentence. Pick spleen, liver, or bladder below. Trace down, then up, on yourself. Journal one sentence about what moved, or did not.

Check

Here, meridians are treated as:

  1. Personality types assigned to friends
  2. Channels that step feeling, belief, and intention down into tissue ✓
  3. Imaginary lines you visualize in gold

They are the step-down from Chart 1-1. Addresses, not costumes.

Clearing a meridian is done by:

  1. Pressing until it hurts, once, in one direction
  2. Lightly tracing the pathway down, then back up ✓
  3. Reciting the open sentence until the channel obeys

Down, then up. Light. Sequence, not force.

Qi on this map is:

  1. A diagnosis of an organ
  2. Feelings on a map ✓
  3. A dose you write

You trace.

Bladder as courage is:

  1. The stuck feeling
  2. The open job on that door — terror is the stuck feeling of the same job ✓
  3. A personality badge

A job-word, a plus, a minus.

Week one starts with three — spleen, liver, bladder — because:

  1. They are the only meridians
  2. They carry the first feeling of this class: self-worth, anger, fear ✓
  3. The clock has only three hours

The full twelve wait on the Living Clock.

If the open sentence will not sit:

  1. Force it until the channel obeys
  2. That is information — the field has named the pole it is standing in ✓
  3. Prescribe the line

You read the job. You do not force it.

Run meridians on:

  1. A neighbor first, to prove power
  2. Yourself first. A neighbor is later permission, after you can stop ✓
  3. A child, so the hour looks complete

Drink water when you finish.

Acupuncture, qigong, and diet:

  1. Are this hour
  2. Stay other rooms ✓
  3. Are doses you copy

You trace.

Fourteen lines on the Gronet plates include:

  1. Only the three of week one
  2. The twelve, governing and central as one midline, and circulation–sex as the cover around the heart ✓
  3. A dose of gold

The whole network before you pick a single line.

Are we all alone in the auric field: if the field is not one person, you:

  1. Trace anyway
  2. Do not run a meridian through someone else’s field ✓
  3. Prescribe a visitor

Tracing waits.
