Open and stuck channels
A read of this page, with the plate.
Trace the channel. Stay until it settles. Name the open qualities. Go slow.
Chart 1-4 gave you three feelings as tool or trap. The five emotions taught you to stop at the first yes. This chart is the rest of the map: each meridian has an open feeling and a stuck feeling, and a two-hour crest on the Living Clock. You do not memorize it as poetry. You use it as an address book. Find the channel, read both poles, and notice which one the body is standing in.
The clock inside the feeling
Stomach hours want to be nurtured and able to receive; stuck, they starve and cannot take the meal in. Spleen wants 'I am fine as I am'; stuck, it blames and martyrs. Heart wants open contact; stuck, it protects with suspicion. Bladder wants courage and enough; stuck, it freezes on survival. Liver wants fairness and a future; stuck, it resents and cannot see through. Lung wants to receive and release; stuck, it sighs and will not breathe. The vessels — governing and central — want capacity: I can do this. Stuck, they are shock. The rest of the twelve, and the 7–9 companions (circulation, intimacy, pericardium), live in the lab below.
One way to use this
On yourself: trace the meridian that matches the feeling. Stay. Track until it starts to settle. Then bring in the open qualities — name the ones that fit, not a speech. Go slow. Let the body deepen. At completion you may feel the open pole as a fact, not a wish. That is the healing the chart is for. Permission still holds: this is work you do on yourself first, and on another adult only after a spoken yes.
Her voice, from the class.
Spleen meridian: guilt vs forgive-then
Triple warmer: betrayal vs integrity
Practice
Open the chart. Pick one channel that is loud today. Read stuck, then open. Trace it on yourself, stay until it settles, and name two open qualities out loud. Journal the one that landed.
Check

Poles and a crest. Not a diagnosis, not a horoscope.
After tracing, the chart asks you to:

- Announce that the organ is cured
Trace, stay, name the open pole, go slow.
Stuck spleen feeling, on this map, includes:
- A perfectly timed breakfast
- Self-doubt, blame, unworthiness — the martyr of the morning ✓
- Only lung grief
Spleen open is 'I am fine as I am.'
Stomach hours want:
- To starve
- To be nurtured and able to receive; stuck, they starve and cannot take the meal in ✓
- A dose of food
Self-honor as influence.

The job-word is the open pole.
Governing and central, stuck, are:
- Capacity: I can do this
- Shock ✓
- A dose you write
Open they want capacity.
Permission still holds:
- This is work you do on yourself first, and on another adult only after a spoken yes ✓
- You may skip permission if you know the chart
- A child is this hour
Completion is a felt sense, not a performance.
You do not write a dose from this practice because:
- The chart belongs with a physician
- Poles and a crest are feeling — not a diagnosis of the organ ✓
- Hours are doses
Not a diagnosis, not a horoscope.
