The five emotions

A read of this page, with the plate.

Picture-lock · 0.9×
At the presenting age, ask which of the five is on. Stop at the first yes.

You have a number. Now you need the feeling that froze there. Chart 1-4 taught polarity: expressed, a feeling is a tool; stuck, the same current is a trap. This lesson is identification. The academy starts with five — fear, anger, grief, love, sympathy-care — not because they are the only ones, but because they cover the first map. You do not inventory the whole heart. You ask, in order, and you stop at the first yes. If the body says no to all five, you stop. You do not invent a sixth so the page looks finished.

Ask in order

At this age, is it fear? Anger? Grief? Love? Care? Strong is yes. Yield is no. The first yes is the one. Fear exists to protect from danger. Anger, to make a change. Grief, to release sadness. Love, to contact without fusing. Care, to be kind with skin. If the yes is a tool, you may not need to clear. If it is a trap, that is the meridian you will trace — after permission.

Do not decorate it

Beginners add a story to the feeling to make the session look complete. The body already answered. Name it, notice open or stuck, and only then go to the channel. The next chart is the address book: every meridian's open and stuck feeling, with the hour it crests. If the answers start flipping, you are back in a split — return to that lesson. The five are a working set. Each one has a job.

Practice

Hold the presenting age you found — or practice with twenty-three. Ask the five in order. Stop at the first yes. Journal the emotion and whether it is a tool or a trap.

Check

Once you have a presenting age, you identify the emotion by:

  1. Analyzing the person's childhood for an hour
  2. Asking the five in order and stopping at the first yes ✓
  3. Choosing the most spiritual-sounding feeling

Least questions. The first yes is the feeling.

If the emotion at that age is a tool — expressed and moving — you:

  1. Clear it anyway, to be thorough
  2. May leave it. The feeling is doing its job ✓
  3. Must convert it into a different emotion

Chart 1-4: expressed is a tool.

The five the academy starts with are:

  1. Only fear
  2. Fear, anger, grief, love, and sympathy-care ✓
  3. Whatever the tester is currently feeling

Five, in order. Not the tester's feeling.

Fear exists to:

  1. Punish
  2. Protect from danger ✓
  3. Recruit pity

Anger, to make a change. Grief, to release sadness.

Love, in this set, is:

  1. Fusing
  2. To contact without fusing ✓
  3. A dose you write

Care: to be kind with skin.

If the yes is a trap, that is:

  1. The meridian you will trace — after permission ✓
  2. A dose of the feeling
  3. A reason to skip permission

Name it, notice open or stuck, only then the channel.

Beginners add a story to make the session look complete. The body:

  1. Needs the story first
  2. Already answered ✓
  3. Needs a dose you write

Do not decorate it.

If the answers start flipping, you are:

  1. Succeeding
  2. Back in a split — return to that lesson ✓
  3. Ready to dose

The five are a working set. Each one has a job.

You do not inventory the whole heart. You:

  1. Ask, in order, and stop at the first yes ✓
  2. Name every feeling you can
  3. Pick the tester’s feeling

Least questions.

If the body says no to all five, you:

  1. Invent a sixth so the page looks finished
  2. Stop. Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field, or a split, or the dialog is not readable ✓
  3. Prescribe love

If the body says no, you stop.
