Body, mind, and the in-between
A read of this page, with the plate.

Classical prana vidya does not split a person into a machine with a ghost inside. It describes densities. The physical body is the densest layer. Thought and image are finer. Between them is a layer you already know by other names: tone, mood, the 'feel' of being rested or frayed.
Four working densities
Physical (form and metabolism). Vital (breath, appetite, sexual charge, recovery). Mental (images, inner speech, planning). Intuitive (the quiet knowing that arrives without argument). Each density can be over- or under-expressed. Training is the art of returning them to conversation with each other.
A practical test
If you are thinking clearly but cannot sleep, the mental layer is loud and the vital layer is unheard. If you are exhausted and foggy after a full night, the physical layer may be asking for food, light, or a walk — not another visualization. Meet the densest unmet layer first.
Are we all alone in the auric field?
You name a layer. You do not hunt a visitor so a layer looks named. Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field. If someone else is in there, you work differently. Chart 1-1 still orders the work. A density map is not a hunt.

Physical, emotional, or spiritual?
Practice
Before bed, name which density feels loudest and which feels neglected. Offer the neglected one five minutes — food, stretch, page, or silence.
Check
Classical prana vidya describes a person as:
- A machine with a ghost inside
- Densities — physical, vital, mental, intuitive — in conversation ✓
- Only the thoughts you can name
The body is the densest layer. Thought is finer. Training returns them to conversation.
When mental activity is high but sleep will not come, the first move is to:
- Add more visualization on the crown
- Meet the neglected denser layer — body or vital tone ✓
- Trace the liver meridian first, because anger is loud
Start with the densest unmet layer.
The four working densities are:
- Root, sacral, solar, heart
- Physical, vital, mental, intuitive ✓
- Fear, anger, grief, love
Form, breath-appetite-charge, images, quiet knowing.
If you are exhausted and foggy after a full night, first ask:
- For another visualization
- Whether the physical layer wants food, light, or a walk ✓
- Which crystal matches the fog
Meet the densest unmet layer first.
Over-expressed mental layer looks like:
- Clear sleep
- Thinking that will not land in the body ✓
- A dose of a color
Loud thought, unheard vital.
Intuitive, in this hour, is:
- A costume
- The quiet knowing that arrives without argument ✓
- A reason to skip the body
Finer, not a skip.
Training is the art of:
- Picking a favorite density and staying there
- Returning the densities to conversation with each other ✓
- Milligramming the finest layer
Conversation, not a hierarchy you climb to escape tissue.
You do not skip the body to sit a thought because:
- Chart 1-1 still has a cascade ✓
- Thoughts are not real
- The body is a machine
Density is the order of operations.
Before bed, the practice is:
- Name which density is loudest and which is neglected, then offer the neglected one five minutes ✓
- Visualize gold until sleep
- Trace all twelve meridians
Food, stretch, page, or silence.
Asking whether you are all alone still holds on a density map because:
- A visitor is a density
- Tracing waits. You name a layer, you do not hunt a visitor so a layer looks named ✓
- The dose names occupancy
You notice.
