Poster. Extension. Lateral rotation of the extended hip. Part of the muscle pours into the strap. CX is the door. You name stand-up.Illustration · site art, not a Kapel Draw.

Posterior ilium, sacrum, coccyx, sacrotuberous ligament — into the gluteal tuberosity and the iliotibial tract, which inserts at Gerdy’s tubercle on the lateral tibia. Extension of the femur at the hip. Lateral rotation of the extended hip. The slide had this right. Nerve: inferior gluteal, L5–S2. Name that nerve out loud when you name the muscle. Same CX door as piriformis and medius.

The strap

Part of maximus pours into the IT band, the same strap TFL tenses from the front. Both land at Gerdy’s tubercle. A student who only looks at a ‘glute’ will miss the fascia that runs to the knee. You name extend. You name the door.

Practice

From this practice, stand without using your hands. That is maximus. Compare sides. Name extension. Name CX.

Check

Gluteus maximus inserts on:

  1. The gluteal tuberosity and the iliotibial tract ✓
  2. The lesser trochanter, with iliopsoas
  3. The superior border of the greater trochanter, with piriformis

Bone and fascia. The strap continues to the tibia. Lesser trochanter is iliopsoas. Piriformis takes the superior border.

You use this fiber by:

  1. Naming CX as the address — the cover, standing up from a chair — and asking which side is on ✓
  2. Parking it on large intestine with TFL, because both pour into the IT band
  3. Parking it on kidney with psoas, because both move the hip

CX is the door. TFL tenses the strap on LI. Kidney is the hip flexor, the opposite job.

This hour teaches that:

  1. A bottle that finishes the feeling
  2. Name that nerve out loud when you name the muscle. ✓
  3. A replacement for the physician

Name that nerve out loud when you name the muscle.

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. Treating every hour as interchangeable production
  2. From this practice, stand without using your hands. ✓
  3. A swap of clothes for the organ

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"Gluteus maximus — stand up" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. Posterior ilium, sacrum, coccyx, sacrotuberous ligament — into the gluteal tuberosity… ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.

The skilled response here is:

  1. A name that captures the whole sky
  2. Posterior ilium, sacrum, coccyx, sacrotuberous ligament — into the gluteal tuberosity and… ✓
  3. Squeezing the gate until it 'opens'

Posterior ilium, sacrum, coccyx, sacrotuberous ligament — into the gluteal tuberosity and the…

Keep this from the body of the hour:

  1. Living against the tide on purpose
  2. Extension of the femur at the hip. ✓
  3. Increase the drama until something happens

Extension of the femur at the hip.

On this hour, choose:

  1. A reason to skip permission
  2. Lateral rotation of the extended hip. ✓
  3. Proof of supernatural status

Lateral rotation of the extended hip.

You use this lesson by:

  1. Invent a colorful story so the session feels complete
  2. Same CX door as piriformis and medius. ✓
  3. A dose you write from a yield

Same CX door as piriformis and medius.
