The Class 8 sequence

A read of this page, with the plate.

Name. Permission. The neck, the jaw, the arm. Influence of the material. Then Chart 1-1: alone, age, cords, splits. A gate, if one is not home. Company as cord, split, or part — not a hunt. A belief stated, lifted, replaced if invited.

Class 8 lab is an open session in Kapel's room: bring questions from earlier classes and use them on the neck, jaw, and arm. The shared Class 07+08 PDF already gave Course 07 the twelve-step; this hour keeps Golgi, spindle, and the Class 8 map. Fibers first. Coalescence as its own sit.

The opening

Is this the name? Is it all right if we talk with you? Are you all alone in your auric field? Are you the age you stated? These are not small talk. A yield on permission is a stop. A yield on alone is a cord or a split — you do not run a meridian through occupied space. A yield on age is presenting age, not a lie.

The sequence

Class 8 lab in Kapel's room is an open session: bring questions from earlier classes and use them on the neck, jaw, and arm. The shared Class 07+08 PDF walks the twelve-step of contraction (already owned by Course 07), then Golgi tendon organs and spindle cells.

Opening (same as every hour):

  1. 1. Is this the name? Is it all right if we talk with you?
  2. 2. Are you all alone in your auric field? Are you the age you stated?

Then from the shared PDF — Golgi and spindle (Class 7 pages that Class 8 still uses):

Golgi Tendon Organs

  1. 1. Are the Golgi tendon organs able to balance between the action and inhibition in both primary and synergistic muscles?
  2. 2. Are the Golgi tendon organs regulating the smoothness of muscle movement?
  3. 3. Are the Golgi tendon organs able to guard the muscles from excessive stretching?
  4. 4. Are the Golgi tendon organs able to help the muscles relax completely when appropriate?

Spindle Cells

  1. 1. Are the spindle cells regulating posture and balance correctly?
  2. 2. Are the spindle cells allowing the muscles to stretch and contract appropriately?
  3. 3. Is there a meridian that is stimulating the gamma efferent nerve and causing the spindle cells to tighten the muscle?
  4. 4. (If yes) Would you like to balance that meridian to help the muscle function more comfortably?

Then the Class 8 map: is it all right to ask about the neck, the face, and the arm in this field; which fiber; influence of the material; Chart 1-1 — occupancy, presenting age, cords, splits; a gate if one is not home; a belief if invited.

How you use the lab

On yourself first, or a consenting adult. Strong holds; yield gives. If a step says stop, you stop. Walk Kapel's numbered asks in order — do not invent missing steps. When the PDF shows a sample or ingredient, hold the name and ask; this academy does not invent milligram or dosing language. Ethics still holds after the last yes.

Practice

Walk the Class 8 lab on yourself. Journal one sentence: what the body said first, and whether you stopped anywhere.

Check

This Class 8 lab is about:

  1. Walking Kapel's numbered asks on open session — neck, jaw, arm (shared 07+08 PDF) — permission first ✓
  2. Inventing a new clinical protocol
  3. Skipping the opening four because the PDF is long

Use the PDF sequence. Topic: open session — neck, jaw, arm (shared 07+08 PDF).

Talk / permission in this lab is:

  1. How the hour is asked — not a sixth decorative step ✓
  2. Optional if you already know the anatomy
  3. A dose

Is it all right if we talk with you?

Presenting age on this hour:

  1. Is asked; a yield is not a lie — the field may not be in the present tense ✓
  2. Is ignored after Class 1
  3. Is a milligram of years

Are you the age you stated?

When the PDF lists ingredients or samples for open session — neck, jaw, arm (shared 07+08 PDF), you:

  1. Show / hold the name and ask — literacy, not a student prescription ✓
  2. Write a brand and a milligram from memory
  3. Skip occupancy

Kapel's list stays a list of questions.

After the last clean yes:

  1. Ethics still holds — you do not invent more work so the hour feels complete ✓
  2. You must finish every number on the page
  3. You prescribe what was shown

Stop inventing work.

The Class 8 lab opens with:

  1. A favorite color, a mantra, and a crystal grid
  2. Name, permission to talk, alone in the auric field, and stated age — then the class asks ✓
  3. A milligram list you write before the first yes

Every later ask belongs on that permission. Occupancy before the trace.

A yield on permission is:

  1. A suggestion to press harder
  2. A stop ✓
  3. A dose you write

You do not run a meridian through a no.

“Are you all alone in your auric field?” — a yield means:

  1. Talk louder so the field can hear
  2. There is company — a cord or a split — and you do not invent chemistry yet ✓
  3. The person has failed the course

Company in the field is not a channel problem. Check cords and splits first.

Show / hold a name in this lab means:

  1. Write a milligram and a brand
  2. Hold the name as a question — literacy, not a dose you invent ✓
  3. Skip permission because the PDF listed an ingredient

Kapel's list is asked. This academy does not invent dosing language.

If a step says stop, you:

  1. Skip it so the lab looks complete
  2. Stop. The field still holds after the last yes ✓
  3. Press harder until you find a problem

On yourself first. Strong holds; yield gives.
