At rest, contracted

A read of this page, with the plate.

Banner: at rest and contracted — I-band shortens, A-band constant
Banner. The A-band does not change length. The I-band does. Heads live where actin overlaps, not in the bare zone.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.
Chart 6-9: overview — knob, plate, T-tubule, calcium onto troponin, myosin moving actin into the bare zone; rubidium, molybdenum, leucine, niacin
Chart 6-9. The whole cascade on one board — this hour owns that picture. The four under Ca²⁺ were named as influence on the calcium hour; they sit here as the same four, not a second teaching.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.
Chart 6-10: sarcomere at rest and contracted — A-band with bare zone constant, I-band shortening, Z-lines in
Chart 6-10. A-band length holds. I-band shortens. That is the drawing a student should be able to point at.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.

At rest the bare zone has myosin without heads, and actin has not slid in. I-bands are wide. When the message is on, heads pull actin toward that middle, Z-lines follow, I-bands shrink, the H-zone of no-overlap shrinks, the A-band does not change length. Sliding filament. Huxley is not a brand.

What not to collapse

A-band = thick filament length, constant. Bare zone = no heads, middle of myosin. H-zone = no actin overlap, also middle, and it moves. Kapel wrote no projections in the A-band. Heads are absent in the bare zone, present where actin overlaps. The overview on 6-9 is Chart 1-1 we already renamed. Keep it on the wall. The four under the store were asked on the calcium hour.

Practice

Point at 6-10. Name A-band constant, I-band shorter, Z-lines in. Do not say the A-band lost its heads.

Check

When the sarcomere shortens, the A-band:

  1. Stays the same length — the thick filament does not shrink ✓
  2. Shortens with the I-band
  3. Loses all of its myosin heads

Sliding filament. Length of myosin is the A-band.

Myosin heads are absent in:

  1. The bare zone in the middle of the thick filament ✓
  2. The entire A-band
  3. The Z-line

Bare zone, not A-band. Z-line anchors actin.

Heads on this board are:

  1. A replacement for the physician
  2. Absent in the bare zone, present where actin overlaps ✓
  3. A swap of clothes for the organ

Heads — Absent in the bare zone, present where actin overlaps

At rest, contracted — keep this:

  1. Thyroxine from the medulla
  2. When the message is on, heads pull actin toward that middle, Z-lines follow, I-bands… ✓
  3. Write a dose so the feeling looks finished

When the message is on, heads pull actin toward that middle, Z-lines follow, I-bands shrink, the H-zone of…

A true line on this hour:

  1. Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
  2. The overview on 6-9 is Chart 1-1 we already renamed. ✓
  3. Opening a chakra by squeezing it

The overview on 6-9 is Chart 1-1 we already renamed.

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. A name that captures the whole sky
  2. Name A-band constant, I-band shorter, Z-lines in. ✓
  3. Living against the tide on purpose

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Chart 6-9 on this hour is used as:

  1. Squeezing the gate until it 'opens'
  2. The whole cascade on one board — this hour owns that picture. The four under Ca²⁺ were… ✓
  3. A reason to skip permission

Translator map — Chart 6-9. Not a prescription pad.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"At rest, contracted" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. At rest the bare zone has myosin without heads, and actin has not slid in. ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.

A Kapel cue from this board:

  1. A cream you prescribe from the chart
  2. A-band = thick filament length, constant. ✓
  3. Collapsing two houses into one word

A-band = thick filament length, constant.
