Lesson 1 · Class 16 · 10 min
Five more doors
A read of this page, with the plate.

Class 16 is Unit II’s allergies, part II. Class 15 named wheat, meat, soy, milk, gluten, and two cascades. This hour names the utilization disorders that remain: histidine (pollen, animals, stings, dust), leucine (fumes, fuels, plastics), isoleucine and valine (rice), lysine and proline (corn), glutamine (oat). Plus a brief comment on sugar, beans, and potato. Allergy is an emotional disconnection. A cascade is walked as names. A pun is a door. Craving is a clue.
The roster this hour sets
Five utilization doors: histidine (pollen, animals, stings, dust), leucine (fumes, fuels, plastics), isoleucine and valine (rice), lysine and proline (corn), glutamine (oat). Plus a brief comment on sugar, beans, and potato — that hour is later. Foods first, then pollens if there is time, then fumes. One door. Then ask if this is a good place to stop. Permission first. Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field. If not, you do not run a meridian. Age, story, feeling, meridians, retest. Influence of the material as a question. Do not try to do everything, or you will be here until one o’clock. A sting kit, Raynaud’s, glaucoma, a child, anaphylaxis: you stop. Copper, proline, and germanium stay names. A dose you write does not enter.
Practice
Name the five doors. Name the order: foods, then pollens, then plastics. Journal which door has been talking.
Check
This hour teaches that pollen and animal feeling sit first as:
- Overexposure you now meet too often in a season
- Triggers of a memory — histidine as a map, not the weed as a first cause ✓
- The methionine deflection wheat and meat already share
The reaction is not the pollen itself in this room. Allergy is disconnection. A pun is a door.
The roster this hour sets is:
- Wheat, meat, soy, milk, gluten — Class 15 already covered those
- Histidine, leucine, rice (ile + val), corn (lysine + proline), oat (glutamine). Sugar, beans, potato sit later as brief doors ✓
- Fourteen meridian doors
Five utilization doors. Class 15’s five foods already covered. Gluten is not this roster.
Lactase and sucrase on this hour:
- Are the roster
- Are not. Lactase sat on milk in Class 13 and 15. Sucrase belongs on the sugar door later this class ✓
- Replace histidine as the first gift
Put the roster question on the roster hour. Do not grade Class 13 on Class 16’s map.
Gluten on this hour:
- Is the sixth door
- Already sat in Class 15. This roster does not reopen it ✓
- Shares leucine’s peptide
Q06 and Q08 of the shared bank do not belong here.
Foods first means:
- Plastics, then the meadow, then every grain
- The kitchen doors first, then pollens if there is time, then fumes — one door, then ask if this is a good place to stop ✓
- Histidine first because the meadow is the class
Do not try to do everything, or you will be here until one o’clock.
Histidine on this roster belongs on:
- Rice as crawly skin
- Pollen, animals, stings, dust — a trigger of a memory, not the weed as a first cause ✓
- Sucrase, as Class 13 already covered
The meadow is a story. Walk histidine as names.
Leucine on this roster belongs on:
- Cold hands as isoleucine
- Fumes, fuels, plastics — leu-enkephalin as a five-amino-acid chain, leucine where methionine sat ✓
- Gluten as villi
Tell the toxin door and the story door. The peptide is amino acids, not five letters.
Rice on this roster belongs on:
- Histidine as a pollen of a culture
- Isoleucine as cold hands, valine as crawly skin — a pun on rights ✓
- Lysine as the national grain
Two branches, one grain. You do not baptize a people.
Corn on this roster belongs on:
- Tryptophan as milk already covered
- Lysine and proline — tendons as a picture, steroids as influence on absorption ✓
- The methionine deflection
Lysine must be eaten. Proline from glutamate. A pun is a door.
Oat on this roster belongs on:
- Lactase as Class 13 already covered
- Glutamine — deamidation to glutamate, then decarboxylation to GABA; proline as the other gift ✓
- Leucine as fumes
Not de-aminate then carboxylate. Germanium as influence. Course 03 already covered oat, fluoride, MSG.
