Lesson 11 · Week · 12 min
Five foods, two cascades
A read of this page, with the plate.
Wheat as father. Meat as meeting. Soy as a voice. Milk as mother. Gluten as a grain gone against. Talk to the person on the table.

Five weathers. Methionine’s long cascade. Tryptophan’s light and moon. Threonine as the serine gift. Taurine as not-quite. Talk to the person — this hour is not questions in midair. Influence of the material. Samples stay names. A pun is a door. Craving is a clue. Allergy is an emotional disconnection.
The method, said again
Permission first. Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field. If not, you do not run a meridian. Walk the cascade as names. Age, story, feeling, meridians, retest. A meter, an SSRI, celiac, a child, anaphylaxis: you stop. Biotin, DMAE, and SAMe as a bottle do not enter. A past life is a map you may hold, not a story you baptize. Then the lab.
Practice
Write a six-line map: five foods, one cascade step that stuck, one question you will ask the person on the table.
Check
This hour teaches that Class 15 keeps:
- Histidine, leucine, and rice as the three doors of the week
- Five foods as influence, two cascades as maps, talk to the person, influence of the material as a question ✓
- A kitchen written from dark circles and a muffled voice
Wheat, meat, soy, milk, gluten. Methionine and tryptophan. Connection is the work. A pun is a door. Craving is a clue.
You use the week by:
- Starting with plastics, then pollens, then the five foods
- Permission, cascades as names, Chart 1-1 on the food that talked — age, story, feeling, meridians, retest ✓
- Asking histidine whether pollen sat on milk first
Talk to the person on the table. Occupancy is a question. Then the lab.
The roster this week sets is:
- Fourteen meridian doors
- Wheat, meat, soy, milk, gluten — wheat and meat share methionine ✓
- Pollen, fumes, and a sting kit
Five foods. Not the meridian overview.
The six rooms of the methionine walk are:
- Methionine, met-enkephalin, SAM, cystine, taurine, gluten
- Methionine, SAM, SAH, homocysteine, cystathionine, cysteine ✓
- Tryptophan, 5-HTP, serotonin, melatonin, biotin, DMAE
Three rooms sit off that walk: met-enkephalin, cystine, taurine.
Soy on this week belongs on:
- Methionine with wheat
- Threonine aldolase — serine as the gift homocysteine was waiting on ✓
- Tryptophan with milk
A pun is a door. Not a people.
Milk on this week belongs on:
- The methionine deflection
- Tryptophan — mother and the dark ✓
- Secretin and CCK
Usually about Mom. Walk tryptophan as names.
Gluten on this week has:
- The same methionine cascade as wheat
- No amino-acid cascade — villi, CCK, secretin as pictures already covered ✓
- Threonine aldolase as its enzyme
Against the grain. A protein in wheat, rye, barley.
One stop list for this class:
- A meridian that will not, then you hunt occupancy
- A meter, an SSRI, celiac, a child, anaphylaxis: you stop. Biotin, DMAE, and SAMe as a bottle do not enter. ✓
- Biotin and DMAE as the first tools
The same list on the index, the week, and the lab.
Talk to the person on the table means:
- Questions in midair until the list is finished
- Tell what the body said. Listen to the story. The cascade is a vehicle. Connection is the work ✓
- Place a sample on the tongue so sucrase can speak
This hour is not questions in midair.
A past life on this week is:
- A story you baptize so meat can have a tribe
- A map you may hold, not a story you baptize ✓
- Proof the methionine door is a bull-fighter
You listen. You do not baptize a lifetime.
