Thiamin. Not stored. Some made in the small gut. The rest from the plate — rice polish, wheat germ, yeast, molasses as food literacy. Becomes TPP — a double phosphate. B-12, choline, vitamin A as names on that conversion. Glycolysis takes no TPP. TPP’s step is pyruvate dehydrogenase — pyruvate toward acetyl-CoA — and α-KGDH, and transketolase.
