Cobalamin. Cobalt in a corrin ring — not a porphyrin. Germanium, copper, P-5-P, PABA as names. B-12 needs folic as THFA, and folic needs B-12. Intrinsic factor from parietal cells — P-5-P is required to make it. Same cells that make HCl. The capsule protects B-12 to the ileum. Unprotected, the cobalt is spent in the juice. With folic: biotin in, cell repair, RNA and DNA. With B-1: the cord as a picture. Homocysteine back to methionine as an alternate door. Marrow as a picture. Shortage: tension, soreness, tingling hands and feet as pictures. Megaloblastic anemia belongs with a physician — large cells that will not carry oxygen. Not iron. Yellow palms as a picture. A shot or a sublingual stays a name. ‘Emotional decision to reject B-12’ and the number twelve are Lila’s hour, not a student hematology. Bacteria, yogurt, cheese, pork, fish, liver as food literacy. Not in vegetables. Either plate is still valid. Stored in the liver as a picture.

Practice

Ask the capsule. Ask the ileum. If the room is a megaloblastic finding, you leave.

Check

Cobalt sits in:

  1. A porphyrin — same as heme and chlorophyll
  2. A corrin ring — heme and chlorophyll are the porphyrin pair ✓
  3. A dose of a shot

That's the work.

Calling all three porphyrin:

  1. The teaching
  2. Erases the distinction ✓
  3. Corrin

That's the work.

Intrinsic factor:

  1. A dose of B-12 you force past the juice
  2. A capsule from parietal cells — P-5-P to make it — walks B-12 to the ileum ✓
  3. Iron you add

That's the work.

Megaloblastic anemia:

  1. Iron you dose
  2. A physician — large cells that will not carry oxygen — a shot stays a name ✓
  3. A student decision you overwrite

That's the work.

Not in vegetables:

  1. A sermon against a plate
  2. Food literacy — either plate is still valid ✓
  3. Porphyrin

That's the work.

The number twelve:

  1. Hematology
  2. Lila’s hour, not a student finding ✓
  3. Corrin you dose

That's the work.

Unprotected, the cobalt:

  1. Is absorbed anyway
  2. Is spent in the juice ✓
  3. Is porphyrin

That's the work.

With folic:

  1. A dose you write
  2. Biotin in, cell repair, RNA and DNA ✓
  3. Porphyrin

That's the work.

You do not write a dose from this practice because:

  1. The capsule is named ✓
  2. A blood titer is a doctor's number
  3. Course 06 said so

That's the work.

Chart 6-3 myelin:

  1. This card
  2. Not this hour — corrin and the capsule ✓
  3. Porphyrin

That's the work.
