Banner: week-two channels on the bowl — kidney, SI, LI, CX as addresses
Banner. Kidney on psoas. Small intestine on the belly wall. Large intestine on TFL and QL. CX on piriformis and the gluteals. Maps, not organs on a table. Trauma is a stop.

Class 3 names the channels that already had doors on the low back and now on the bowl. Kidney: expansiveness, owning one’s power, humor — and fear of embarrassment, ridicule, shame. It already governed psoas. Small intestine: self-acceptance, inner honesty — and secrets, what must not be spoken. It already governed the belly wall. Large intestine: choice without regret — and grief, family breach, the worst-case story. It already governed QL; now TFL. Circulation–sex / pericardium: the cover. Warmth, touch, welcome — and freeze, accommodation, trauma. It governs piriformis and the gluteals.

How to use the feeling

The full table lived in Course 01. Here you only need the four that speak in this class. Trace slowly if the body has permitted. Name a positive quality. Chart 1-1 still orders the work. Go slow. Stopping is still the skill.

Practice

Pick one of the four. Sit. Name one open quality and one stuck quality from the map. Do not pick CX if the day is not willing — CX is pericardium, the same door; pick kidney, or sit out, or stop for the day.

Check

Kidney’s stuck feeling in this class is closest to:

  1. Fear of embarrassment, ridicule, shame ✓
  2. Grief as a large-intestine quality, collapsed onto kidney because both sit at the loin
  3. The cover’s freeze, collapsed onto kidney because both are water-adjacent

Expansiveness versus humiliation. Grief is LI. Freeze is CX.

You use week-two by:

  1. Naming TFL as the new large-intestine translator, with QL already from Course 02, then CX on piriformis and the gluteals ✓
  2. Parking piriformis on large intestine with TFL, because both are pelvic
  3. Skipping Chart 1-1 and tracing all four doors so the week looks complete

TFL on metal. Gluteals are CX. Chart 1-1 still orders feeling first.

This hour teaches that:

  1. Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
  2. Class 3 names the channels that already had doors on the low back and now on the bowl. ✓
  3. A board you invent without her permission

Class 3 names the channels that already had doors on the low back and now on the bowl.

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. Squeezing the gate until it 'opens'
  2. Pick one of the four. ✓
  3. Treating every hour as interchangeable production

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Chart 1-1 on this hour is used as:

  1. Proof of supernatural status
  2. A translator map — Chart 1-1 — not a prescription pad ✓
  3. A reason to skip permission

Translator map — Chart 1-1. Not a prescription pad.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

A common mistake this hour corrects:

  1. Living against the tide on purpose
  2. Small intestine: self-acceptance, inner honesty — and secrets, what must not be spoken. ✓
  3. A tourist empty-mind contest

Small intestine: self-acceptance, inner honesty — and secrets, what must not be spoken.

You use this lesson by:

  1. A replacement for the physician
  2. Kidney: expansiveness, owning one's power, humor — and fear of embarrassment, ridicule… ✓
  3. A rigid medical diagnosis you must stamp

Kidney: expansiveness, owning one's power, humor — and fear of embarrassment, ridicule, shame.

The skilled response here is:

  1. A swap of clothes for the organ
  2. It already governed the belly wall. ✓
  3. Opening a chakra by squeezing it

It already governed the belly wall.

A Kapel cue from this board:

  1. A name that captures the whole sky
  2. It already governed QL; now TFL. ✓
  3. A dose you write from a yield

It already governed QL; now TFL.
