Acid chyme leaves the bag at about pH 2. The duodenum is not built to live there. S-cells feel the acid — pH below 4.5 — and send secretin in the blood. Centroacinar cells, sitting in the middle of the grape, pour bicarbonate. The juice is near pH 8. About a litre and a half a day. CCK is the other ask — enzymes from the acinus. Secretin is this hour’s ask — the bath those enzymes need.

Why a bath

Pepsin works in acid. Pancreatic amylase, lipase, and the proteases woken downstream work in alkali. If the bath will not come, the scissors denature and the lining burns. Brunner’s glands add alkaline mucus. That is literacy, not a protocol. CFTR on the duct stays a name. A sweat test, a child who will not thrive, a pancreas that will not: a physician. Vinegar and ammonia stay off the screen. You do not alkaline the bag that wants to be about 2.

Three cuts in the bath

Grape-ends of acinar cells. Salivary amylase starts the polysaccharide. The bag’s acid stops that cut. Pancreatic amylase continues in the bath and cuts dextrin to maltose. Sucrose and lactose arrive whole — sucrase and lactase on the villus are there for those. Small-intestine enzymes finish to glucose, fructose, galactose. Class 9 already covered the mouth’s first cut. This hour holds the second, and names why it needs alkali. A food is a feeling. Lactase that will not is later. Not a diet you write this hour.

Alkaline phase — bicarbonate so enzymes can work

Practice

Walk acid arrives, the bath-makers, the bath, three cuts. Journal whether the week is still a polysaccharide. Feeling first, then the room. Do not scoop baking soda so a bath looks named.

Check

The alkaline bath is made when:

  1. You alkaline the stomach with a food chart so pepsin can rest
  2. Secretin asks centroacinar cells for bicarbonate — juice near pH 8, so the scissors can work ✓
  3. CCK dumps trypsinogen already awake into an empty tube

The bag is supposed to be acid. Chart 1-1 if a food is a feeling.

Pancreatic amylase cuts dextrin to:

  1. Maltose, sucrose, and lactose in one clip
  2. Maltose. Sucrose and lactose arrive whole — sucrase and lactase finish those ✓
  3. Glucose the cell can use, skipping the villus

Leave maltose on the amylase cut. The disaccharidases sit on the lining.

CCK is the other ask on this hour:

  1. A dose you write from a yield
  2. Enzymes from the acinus ✓
  3. A name that captures the whole sky

CCK is the other ask — Enzymes from the acinus

Secretin is this hour's ask on this hour:

  1. Secretin is this hour's ask as a bottle you write
  2. The bath those enzymes need ✓
  3. Treating every hour as interchangeable production

Secretin is this hour's ask — The bath those enzymes need

Sucrose and lactose arrive whole on this hour:

  1. A bottle that finishes the feeling
  2. Sucrase and lactase on the villus are there for those ✓
  3. A cream you prescribe from the chart

Sucrose and lactose arrive whole — Sucrase and lactase on the villus are there for those

The alkaline bath — keep this:

  1. A swap of clothes for the organ
  2. The duodenum is not built to live there. ✓
  3. A rigid medical diagnosis you must stamp

The duodenum is not built to live there.

This hour teaches that:

  1. Thyroxine from the medulla
  2. CCK is the other ask — enzymes from the acinus. ✓
  3. A tourist empty-mind contest

CCK is the other ask — enzymes from the acinus.

A true line on this hour:

  1. Skip permission and invent the next board
  2. This hour holds the second, and names why it needs alkali. ✓
  3. A replacement for the physician

This hour holds the second, and names why it needs alkali.

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
  2. Walk acid arrives, the bath-makers, the bath, three cuts. ✓
  3. Squeezing the gate until it 'opens'

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Chart 12-3 on this hour is used as:

  1. A reason to skip permission
  2. In an alkaline bath. Amylase gives maltose. Sucrase and lactase wait on the villus. ✓
  3. A diagnosis stamp you must write today
