Brain to axon — myelin as insulation, choline in the sheath as her parking — to synaptic knobs on the motor end plate. Acetylcholine is made in the knob, loaded into vesicles, released into the gap, caught on nicotinic receptors. Then the esterase destroys it. That sequence is the hour.

The coat on the way

Myelin is a rolled glial membrane, not a sleeve of fat painted on. A Schwann cell in the periphery takes one internodal segment on one axon. An oligodendrocyte in the cord and brain can take many internodes — up to forty or fifty. That is why an optic-nerve cable is CNS: it does not remyelinate the way a peripheral nerve can. The first double fold is the mesaxon. Then it spirals. Cytoplasm is squeezed out. Compact myelin is almost all stacked membrane: major dense line where cytoplasmic faces fuse, intraperiod line where extracellular faces stay slightly split. Along the wire, four rooms: internode, paranode, juxtaparanode, and the node of Ranvier — the bare gap where sodium channels pack and the impulse hops. Saltatory conduction. Choline belongs on the sheath. Sphingolin stays a name. MS belongs with a physician.

What the vesicles hold

The slide said the vesicles break open to release calcium and germanium, then ACh rushes the gap, and that starts the second messenger. Voltage-gated calcium enters the knob from the outside to trigger fusion. The cargo at this synapse is acetylcholine. Germanium stands as emotional influence of the material. The plate is ionotropic, then excitation–contraction coupling in the fiber.

Practice

Walk who wraps, the mesaxon, four rooms, the hop. Then name ACh as cargo, calcium as the trigger that enters, germanium as influence.

Check

At this synapse, the vesicle’s cargo is:

  1. Acetylcholine — calcium enters the knob to trigger release ✓
  2. Calcium and germanium
  3. A second messenger from the brain

ACh out. Ca²⁺ in, from the outside, as the trigger. Germanium is influence.

A Schwann cell wraps:

  1. One internodal segment on one axon — an oligodendrocyte can wrap many ✓
  2. Every axon in the cord from one cell body, so periphery and CNS are the same job
  3. The vesicle, so myelin is cargo with germanium

One cell, one internode, one axon in the periphery. CNS is a different wrap. The vesicle’s cargo is still ACh.

You use chart 6-3 by:

  1. Asking germanium as influence of the material, and keeping ACh as the cargo ✓
  2. Packing germanium in the vesicle with ACh so the drawing matches the slide
  3. Calling the plate a second-messenger cascade and skipping the T-tubule

Influence, already seated from Course 02. The plate is ionotropic. Then the fiber.

Brain to axon on this hour:

  1. Proof of supernatural status
  2. Myelin as insulation, choline in the sheath as her parking ✓
  3. A dose you write from a yield

Brain to axon — Myelin as insulation, choline in the sheath as her parking

This hour teaches that:

  1. Inventing a colorful story so the session feels complete
  2. Acetylcholine is made in the knob, loaded into vesicles, released into the gap, caught on… ✓
  3. Collapsing two houses into one word

Acetylcholine is made in the knob, loaded into vesicles, released into the gap, caught on nicotinic…

A true line on this hour:

  1. Thyroxine from the medulla
  2. Myelin is a rolled glial membrane, not a sleeve of fat painted on. ✓
  3. A name that captures the whole sky

Myelin is a rolled glial membrane, not a sleeve of fat painted on.

The synaptic knob — keep this:

  1. Opening a chakra by squeezing it
  2. Node of Ranvier is the bare gap. ✓
  3. A tourist empty-mind contest

Node of Ranvier is the bare gap.

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. A rigid medical diagnosis you must stamp
  2. Walk who wraps, the mesaxon, four rooms, the hop. ✓
  3. A board you invent without her permission

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Chart 6-3 on this hour is used as:

  1. Living against the tide on purpose
  2. The landing. Vesicles. The gap. The plate. Germanium on the drawing is influence, not… ✓
  3. A replacement for the physician

Translator map — Chart 6-3. Not a prescription pad.

Permission on this hour means:

  1. Skip permission if the chart looks clear
  2. Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field — leave physician charts to physicians ✓
  3. Write the taper yourself from the yield

Permission first. Anatomy as translator, not a swap of clothes.
