Name. Permission. Alone in the field. Age. Then the class asks — and only then the work.

Course 37 closes in the body, not the notebook. Class 37 put the asks in order for minerals I. Every later session still starts with name, permission, alone in the auric field, and stated age. Strong holds; yield gives. Show means hold the name — literacy, not a dose you invent.

The opening

Is this the name? Is it all right if we talk with you? Are you all alone in your auric field? Are you the age you stated? These are not small talk. A yield on permission is a stop. A yield on alone is a cord or a split — you do not run a meridian through occupied space. A yield on age is presenting age, not a lie.

The sequence

  1. 1. Body, do you see this tray of minerals? Are minerals in general okay for you?
  1. 2. Check Calcium a. Are you getting enough Ca? Are you absorbing it? Do you have any negative associations with Ca that prevent you from using it?

b. Do you have the hydrochloric acid in stomach to allow Ca to absorb?

c. Do you have the parathyroid hormone and Vit D you need to absorb it through the small intestine?

d. Does the calcitonin pick up the Ca from the blood and deposit into the bones via the osteoblasts? Does your calcitonin have the proline ending on it so that it can pick up the calcium from the bloodstream? (If not, do you have an internally generated or externally ingested steroid that is blocking your proline?)

e. Do you have the progesterone/testosterone you need to request that calcitonin come out and do its job?

f. Do you have fluoride in this body that is negatively impacting your bone mineralization? Is fluoride causing inaccurate calcium deposition into the fibro- cartilage matrix?

  1. 3. Check Magnesium a. Are you getting enough Mg? Are you absorbing it? Do you have any negative associations with Mg?

b. Is your magnesium in the right proportion to your Ca? (about 2 Ca : 1 Mg)

c. Do you have the P5P you need to absorb Mg?

d. Do you have the Mg you need to convert methionine to s-adenosyl-methionine for the first step of your methionine pathway?

  1. 4. Check Potassium—K a. Are you getting enough K? Are you absorbing it? Do you have any negative associations with potassium?

b. Are you getting the potassium you need to regulate your heartbeat properly? Do you hold the potassium inside the nerve cell and the sodium outside the cell?

c. Does the potassium and sodium exchange places along the nerve fiber to conduct the signal and ini ate muscle movement?

  1. 5. Check Sodium—Na a. Are you getting enough Na? Are you absorbing it? Do you have any negative associations with sodium or salt?

b. Do you get enough Na for proper nerve conduc on?

c. Do you have the sodium you need to maintain the right level of blood pressure?

d. Is it helping you to maintain the water of the extracellular ffluids?

  1. 6. Check Manganese—Mn a. Are you getting enough Mn? Are you absorbing it? Do you have any negative associations with manganese?

b. Do you have Mn you need to convert ornithine to citrulline to complete the urea cycle?

c. Are you getting any chloramines through your drinking water that block the Mn?

  1. 7. Using the charts, formulate your own questions to check:

(For starters: Are you getting it? Absorbing it? Nega ve association?)

Iron (Fe) Cobalt (Co)

Lithium (Li) Vanadium (V),

Rubidium (Rb) Nickel (Ni)

Molybdenum (Mo)

How you use the lab

On yourself first, or a consenting adult. Strong holds; yield gives. If a step says stop, you stop. Walk Kapel's numbered asks in order — do not invent missing steps. When the PDF shows a sample or ingredient, hold the name and ask; this academy does not invent milligram or dosing language. Ethics still holds after the last yes.

Practice

Walk the Class 37 lab on yourself. Journal one sentence: what the body said first, and whether you stopped anywhere.

Check

This Class 37 lab is about:

  1. Walking Kapel's numbered asks on minerals I — permission first ✓
  2. Inventing a new clinical protocol
  3. Skipping the opening four because the PDF is long

Use the PDF sequence. Topic: minerals I.

Talk / permission in this lab is:

  1. How the hour is asked — not a sixth decorative step ✓
  2. Optional if you already know the anatomy
  3. A dose

Is it all right if we talk with you?

Presenting age on this hour:

  1. Is asked; a yield is not a lie — the field may not be in the present tense ✓
  2. Is ignored after Class 1
  3. Is a milligram of years

Are you the age you stated?

When the PDF lists ingredients or samples for minerals I, you:

  1. Show / hold the name and ask — literacy, not a student prescription ✓
  2. Write a brand and a milligram from memory
  3. Skip occupancy

Kapel's list stays a list of questions.

After the last clean yes:

  1. Ethics still holds — you do not invent more work so the hour feels complete ✓
  2. You must finish every number on the page
  3. You prescribe what was shown

Stop inventing work.

The Class 37 lab opens with:

  1. A favorite color, a mantra, and a crystal grid
  2. Name, permission to talk, alone in the auric field, and stated age — then the class asks ✓
  3. A milligram list you write before the first yes

Every later ask belongs on that permission. Occupancy before the trace.

A yield on permission is:

  1. A suggestion to press harder
  2. A stop ✓
  3. A dose you write

You do not run a meridian through a no.

“Are you all alone in your auric field?” — a yield means:

  1. Talk louder so the field can hear
  2. There is company — a cord or a split — and you do not invent chemistry yet ✓
  3. The person has failed the course

Company in the field is not a channel problem. Check cords and splits first.

Show / hold a name in this lab means:

  1. Write a milligram and a brand
  2. Hold the name as a question — literacy, not a dose you invent ✓
  3. Skip permission because the PDF listed an ingredient

Kapel's list is asked. This academy does not invent dosing language.

If a step says stop, you:

  1. Skip it so the lab looks complete
  2. Stop. The field still holds after the last yes ✓
  3. Press harder until you find a problem

On yourself first. Strong holds; yield gives.
