Popliteus, the unlocker

A read of this page, with the plate.

Banner: popliteus from the lateral femoral condyle — unlocks the knee
Banner. Unlock. A cranky knee belongs with a physician. Gallbladder as address, not a fertility clinic.Illustration · site art, not a Kapel Draw.
Chart 5-9: popliteus on gallbladder
Popliteus across the back of the knee. GB as map.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.

A small muscle across the back of the knee. Origin: lateral femoral condyle. Insertion: posterior proximal tibia. Screw-home is the tibia’s small lateral rotation in the last degrees of extension that locks the knee; popliteus undoes that turn so flexion can begin. Open chain, it medially rotates the tibia. On a planted foot, it laterally rotates the femur. Kapel wrote: if it is loose, the knee is cranky; gallbladder feeling is sitting on the unlocker.

GB as address

Horizon against rage when a life was limited — by an authority, a marriage that closed the future, a sentence that began ‘you are not allowed to be a ______.’ That is the job of the feeling. With permission you may ask whether that feeling is on this fiber. You name unlock. You name the door.

Practice

Sit with one knee long. Feel the back of the knee as you begin to bend it. Name unlock. Name gallbladder.

Check

Popliteus’s job is:

  1. To unlock the extended knee so flexion can begin ✓
  2. To extend the hip
  3. To evert the foot

The screw-home unlock. Then the knee can bend. Open chain, tibia turns in; planted, femur turns out.

You use popliteus in this hour by:

  1. Asking permission, then naming gallbladder as the address and unlock as the job ✓
  2. Parking it on bladder with the shin because both are distal
  3. Treating it as a hamstring, because both sit behind the knee

GB is the door. Hamstrings were large intestine in Course 04. The shin is bladder.

This hour teaches that:

  1. Skip permission and invent the next board
  2. Screw-home is the tibia's small lateral rotation in the last degrees of extension that… ✓
  3. Treating every hour as interchangeable production

Screw-home is the tibia's small lateral rotation in the last degrees of extension that locks the knee…

Popliteus, the unlocker — keep this:

  1. A tourist empty-mind contest
  2. Kapel wrote: if it is loose, the knee is cranky; gallbladder feeling is sitting on the… ✓
  3. Opening a chakra by squeezing it

Kapel wrote: if it is loose, the knee is cranky; gallbladder feeling is sitting on the unlocker.

A true line on this hour:

  1. A reason to skip permission
  2. With permission you may ask whether that feeling is on this fiber. ✓
  3. A swap of clothes for the organ

With permission you may ask whether that feeling is on this fiber.

Practice on this hour is to:

  1. Collapsing two houses into one word
  2. Sit with one knee long. ✓
  3. Living against the tide on purpose

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Permission on this hour means:

  1. Skip permission if the chart looks clear
  2. Ask whether you are all alone in the auric field — leave physician charts to physicians ✓
  3. Write the taper yourself from the yield

Permission first. Anatomy as translator, not a swap of clothes.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"Popliteus, the unlocker" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. A small muscle across the back of the knee. ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.

A common mistake this hour corrects:

  1. A cream you prescribe from the chart
  2. Horizon against rage when a life was limited — by an authority, a marriage that closed… ✓
  3. Thyroxine from the medulla

Horizon against rage when a life was limited — by an authority, a marriage that closed the future…
