Banner: fibularis longus, brevis, tertius — three muscles, not one
Banner. Evert. Two nerves. Do not collapse three into one board-word. Bladder as address.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.
Chart 5-9: peroneus on bladder
The slide wrote one muscle. Longus, brevis, tertius. Eversion is the true line. Name the heads.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.

The slide said peroneus: origin anterior distal fibula, insertion lateral base of the fifth metatarsal, action eversion. That is a collage. Longus starts high on the lateral fibula and runs under the foot to the first metatarsal and medial cuneiform. Brevis inserts on the fifth — the slide’s insertion. Tertius is anterior compartment, anterior distal fibula, dorsal fifth, and it dorsiflexes as well as everts. Peroneus is the old name. Fibularis is current. Either is literacy. Name the three bellies.

Two nerves, one door

Longus and brevis take the superficial fibular nerve. Tertius takes the deep fibular, with tibialis anterior. You ask which fiber is on. Bladder is the address — courage, the outer edge of the foot. Eversion is the slide’s true line. Keep it. Add the heads.

Practice

Stand. Eversion lifts the lateral border and turns the sole outward — standing weight rolls onto the inner edge. Inversion rolls onto the outer edge; that is tibialis anterior, last hour. Name three bellies. Name bladder.

Check

Fibularis longus and brevis primarily:

  1. Evert — longus also plantarflexes and supports an arch ✓
  2. Invert and dorsiflex
  3. Unlock the knee

Eversion is the slide’s true line. Keep it. Add the heads. Tertius everts and dorsiflexes.

You use the board-word ‘peroneus’ by:

  1. Naming longus, brevis, and tertius, then bladder, then asking which fiber is on ✓
  2. Collapsing the three into one muscle on gallbladder with popliteus
  3. Treating all three as one nerve and one origin so the drawing stays tidy

Three muscles, two nerves, one door. Superficial fibular to the lateral two; deep fibular to tertius.

Brevis inserts on the fifth on this hour:

  1. Living against the tide on purpose
  2. The slide's insertion ✓
  3. A name that captures the whole sky

  3. Prescribe so the quiet looks finished

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"Fibularis, three heads" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. The slide said peroneus: origin anterior distal fibula, insertion lateral base of the… ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.

The skilled response here is:

  2. Longus starts high on the lateral fibula and runs under the foot to the first metatarsal… ✓
  3. A cream you prescribe from the chart

Keep this from the body of the hour:

  3. Thyroxine from the medulla

Brevis inserts on the fifth — the slide's insertion.
