Muscles of the thigh

A read of this page, with the plate.

Banner: six muscles of the thigh — hamstrings, quads, tailor, inner line
Banner. Back: hamstrings on large intestine. Front: quads on small intestine, sartorius on triple warmer, adductors on CX. CX is the cover, not a sex clinic.
Chart 4-9: muscles of the thigh — hamstrings on large intestine, rectus femoris and quadriceps on small intestine, sartorius on triple warmer, gracilis on TW or CX, adductors on CX
Chart 4-9. The doors. CX is still the cover.CGI copy of her Draw · Atlas keeps the original.
Poster: anterior and posterior thigh as a map — quads, hamstrings, adductors
Poster. Front, back, inner. Chart 4-9 still owns the doors: hamstrings on large intestine, quads on small intestine, sartorius on triple warmer, adductors on CX. A word on a plate is not a diagnosis.

Six names on the board. Hamstrings on large intestine — grief’s metal door, with QL and TFL already from Courses 02 and 03. Rectus femoris and the vasti on small intestine — the same honesty door that governed the belly wall. Sartorius on triple warmer, which this class will open properly. Gracilis on TW or CX — you ask which. Adductors on circulation–sex, the heart’s cover, with piriformis and the gluteals. Muscle as translator. Meridian as address. Origin, insertion, action named.

How to look

Back for the hamstrings. Front for the rest. If a student only ever looks at a ‘quad,’ they will miss the tailor and the inner line. If they only ever look at a ‘hamstring,’ they will miss that biceps femoris has a short head that never touched the ischium.

Practice

Open the thigh map. Name the six and their doors. If CX is loud and unwilling, you sit with the cover.

Check

Hamstrings, in this lineage, are mapped to:

  1. Large intestine — with QL and TFL ✓
  2. Triple warmer, because they are posterior
  3. Gallbladder, because GB oversees tendon and bone

LI on the back of the thigh. TW takes the tailor and the calves. GB is the mineral-field address, not this fiber.

You use the thigh map by:

  1. Naming each translator and its door — hamstrings LI, quads SI, sartorius TW, gracilis TW or CX, adductors CX ✓
  2. Parking every thigh fiber on gallbladder because GB oversees bone
  3. Parking adductors on small intestine with the vasti, because both are on the front

Six names, their doors. GB is tendon-and-bone as map. The front still has three addresses.

  1. Thyroxine from the medulla
  2. Grief's metal door, with QL and TFL already from Courses 02 and 03 ✓
  3. A board you invent without her permission

Gracilis on TW or CX on this hour:

  1. A rigid medical diagnosis you must stamp
  2. You ask which ✓
  3. Opening a chakra by squeezing it

Gracilis on TW or CX — You ask which

  1. Treating every hour as interchangeable production
  2. Sex, the heart's cover, with piriformis and the gluteals ✓
  3. Squeezing the gate until it 'opens'

Adductors on circulation — Sex, the heart's cover, with piriformis and the gluteals

  1. A dose you write from a yield
  2. Open the thigh map. ✓
  3. A bottle that finishes the feeling

Method before bottle. Trace what the lesson names.

Chart 4-9 on this hour is used as:

  1. A reason to skip permission
  2. The doors. CX is still the cover. ✓
  3. A swap of clothes for the organ

Translator map — Chart 4-9. Not a prescription pad.

The lab on this hour is for:

  1. A graded exam that invents the next curriculum
  2. Feeling and naming what the lesson maps — journal, not a bottle ✓
  3. A prescription pad for the lab name

Lab is literacy. Not a dose from the yield.

"Muscles of the thigh" here is best treated as:

  1. A tourist collection of special experiences
  2. Hamstrings on large intestine — grief's metal door, with QL and TFL already from… ✓
  3. A rigid diagnosis tool that replaces sleep

Train with the map. Do not invent a second sky.
